Had an absolutely insane workout today! I completed arms today, and they are going to be sore! Here is how it went:
Incline DB Curls- drop sets
weight used for both sets
35, 30, 25, 20 (I was able to get about 12 reps per drop on the first set, and about 8 reps per drop on the 2nd set)
Seated DB Hammer curls - drop sets
Weight used for both sets:
40, 35, 30, 25, 20 (I was able to get about 10 per drop on both sets)
High Cable Curls - drop sets
Weight used for both sets:
25, 20, 15, 10 (got about 10-12 per drop on both sets)
BB Curls
45 x 8 pc reps and 8 frm reps
45 x 8 pc reps and 8 frm reps
(FRIED BICEPS)
Lying BB Extensions - drop sets
Weight used for both sets
105, 85, 65, 45 (got 10 reps per drop)
Overhead extensions
Weight used for drop set:
70, 60, 50 (took each set to complete failure. Can't remember how many I got, but it was alot)
Triceps pressdowns
Weight used for drop set:
75, 65, 55, 45, 35, 25 (10-12 reps per drop)
Bench dips
Bodyweight x 8 pc reps and 8 frm reps
45 x 8 pc reps and 8 frm reps
BB wrist curls
50 x 16, 16, 16 (done to the front and back)
Cardio
20 minutes hiit on stairmaster (111 floors climbed)
Simply a fantastic workout! NO-Beta had the veins rocking, and the pump was intense!

Great workout. I got a video of my 320 deads that I will post later.

NO-BETA - 10/10
I had a great pump in my back after the barbell rows!
CREADYL - 10/10
My favorite pre-workout product that I have ever used! Gives me great energy, and nice muscle-fullness.
