can you mix muscle milk with milk?
"We lift weights and manipulate our diets so that we'll look good naked. Sure, it's healthy too, and we'll probably live a longer and more productive life than the average guy, but mostly it's about the naked thing."

ya u can...makes it taste really good
ILS is a primal threat/mating display observed in the human male. The ILS display involves the male human holding out it’s arms away from it’s body at approximately a 20-40 degree angle and then walking with a slow deliberate gait inorder to look more imposing to other humans. The posture is used primarily as a form of non-verbal communication such as a mating display to attract or impress females or as a defense or dominance posture to appear larger to a threat or to intimidate rival males.

because milk actually has calories?..lol
i think hes trying to say with milk the protein would absorb slower than with water because milk is casein protein, but it wont matter if u mix casein and whey, your whey is still going to absorb at the same rate, and same for your casein.
bottom line is, mix that ****Last edited by RollTide99; 05-01-2010 at 10:38 PM. Reason: spelling

I heard that mixing it with milk makes a similar chemical reaction as diet coke and mentos. So basically if you mix the two together and then drink it, your stomach might blow up.
