    Calculating Macros correctly?

So I have been searching around for a good estimated way to decide how your macros should be, and almost every place I find, none of them include sugars.

Is sugars just a big no no to not take? (Like even small amounts).

I read this and it seems like most people agree with the OP.

Should I look at something else for calculation?

    EDIT:

I will be doing a cut phase.

don't worry about little things like sugar. be conscious of it as in don't binge on candy everyday, but don't worry about intaking some. eat anything you want to hit your macros, makes no difference

    Your macros should be:

    Minimum 0.82g/lb Protein
    Minimum 0.5g/lb Fat

You can fill in the rest of your macros however you prefer.

The reason you're not finding sugar is because sugar is a carbohydrate. It will come under the carb category.
Sugar is perfectly fine in moderation, there are no adverse health affects to having moderate amounts of sugar other than dental carries.
