    Tricep Pushdown Straight Bar vs V Bar

    Which cable attachment is better for tricep pushdowns? I use the v bar because i dont have a straight one.

    im a big fan of the straight bar, but the V would obviously work too

    Both,they work different heads of the tri but v bar easier on my elbows.

    How about the rope?

    I feel it more in the contractions using the rope. If not I prefer the v-bar for extensions and the straight for reverse extensions.
