    Kid i know is doing a cycle

    he is like 5'10 140lbs and doesn't believe cottage cheese contains cassein and it only digest in 2-3 hours (so pretty much he knows nothing)

    i told him not to do it and if he does use PCT

    he said, "whats PCT? i don't have any money i start it on monday"

    atleast i tryed, i don't even think he has a lifting rountine or even a split sorta feel bad for him

    edit: btw it's actually "cell tech"

    You dont have to do PCT with every cycle depends what hes doing and for how long

    he probably doesnt even have legit gear. Unless its human grade and not iranis i would guess he just got taken for his money.
