Skill evaluation, does swaying side to side on deadlift matter?
Weights
Bodyweight: 90kg
Squat: 190kg, 192.5kg
Bench Press: 120kg (x) Keep your hands off my rod, should pause longer.
Deadlift: 180kg, 185kg (x) 1 cm downward movement before lockout (looking at my shoulders it looks like a hitch), foot slipped causing uncontrolled descent.
Not bad considering I have been mostly injured the last two months, starting to feel something bad in my quad. :S
I need to get another 2.5kg (500kg total), might be possible considering comp atmosphere and ammonia.

Not sure about the swaying side to side rule. For sure I can tell you that on the last deadlift you hitched the weight up a bit. Work on not hitching the weight and you should be fine. You can't let the weight rest on your legs, you must pull it up. With the adrenaline rush from competition it should be an easy pull. Good luck if you are competing.
Look from 40 seconds and on. It's very slight but depending on what federation you compete they might call it. IPF judges are strict and would all it.

Yeah I just noticed it when I was looking at my shoulders, as you say it should be an easy pull with some adrenaline. It'll be IPF (it will also mark one year of powerlifting).
I did notice that I was putting a lot of the weight on the balls of my feet, is this what happens when someone hitchs?

Your depth was spot on perfect. Setup/technique is so important when you sumo, that is why I do not sumo. It is really hard to just grip and rip. My son pulls sumo and when he sways like that it is b/c his grip is off. I have seen him sway back and forth, rest and hitch 425 and then turn around and pull 450 with ease. All b/c he focused on his setup on the heavier rep. Look @ Ricks this year @ RUM. Missed his 2nd pull went up 20-30 lbs and nailed it. You obviously have the strength to pull that plus some. Good job
