Just finished up HIIT. Did 5 minute warm up then 10 car pushes for 60 yards. Then a 10 minute cooldown. Felt like my lungs were on fire and I was going to jack. The fact I did 30 sets of legs yesterday didn't help. But I am going to enjoy the suffering.
Almost an hour later my resting heart rate is still 95 bpm (normally around 60).
Absolutely brutal

ok, some pics from tonight. These are brutal, only a sneek peak and tough for me to post. Keep in mind that I have not tanned and the flash is full on. Awful lighting as well. I do this purposefully though, because when I look good with a flash straight on, then I KNOW I'm ready. So please don't poke fun too much, I do feel I've put some size on though this offseason
weighed in at 224.6 tonight

Excellent progress! Muscle density, foundational improvements, quads, and still relatively lean. At your current weight, once you diet down, you could be around 200 pounds shredded at the first show. This would be very unusual for a natural heavyweight. A very dominating look. You structure and appearance would be Like a Skip Lacour.

The first thing that jumps out at me is that your legs seem to have improved even further. Hard to tell at this level of BF.....Being that you've been building for FOUR years, I think the significance of your changes will be dramatic when you strip the fat. This should be real interesting to watch.

Pics look solid even with the bad lighting. I'm most impressed with the leg improvements. Your legs have just blown up since your last contest. Overall, I don't think these pics are that bad. You are carrying some fat and appear a little smooth (lighting doesn't help), but I mean you are months out from your contest, you don't need veins in your ass yet. Keep it up! Can't wait to see some more pics.
