thanks guys, I am honestly embarrassed of the prejudging pictures because I look closer to what I was when I was an amatuer! But I wanted to show you I wasn't just talking BS and there really was quite a bit of difference and the head judge said it was just 2 completely different bodybuilders. I didn't really do that much different from the first show to the Cape Cod pro which is why it was so confusing, but it just goes to show that your body can respond differently and you can't stick rigidly to a game plan and assume your body will respond the same way, you have to pay attention. I definitely did that for the Yorton and it made a huge difference

I just wanted to say thank you for posting the prejudging pics. It is easy to post pics when we think we look great. This really shows what a difference you can make in such a small period of time. It is a constant learning process but you really dialled it in and look fantastic in the night photos. Kudos for sharing!

no problem, like I said, I think a lot of people thought I was making excuses, I really wasn't, in the end it was still my fault for not paying attention to my body not responding the same way, but I wanted to show that I wasn't full of it, even though I was terrified to post those prejudging pics because I just looked awful

Layne do you think that doing 4 shows so close together like this is difficult for you or any other natural BB in terms of being able to hold that combo of conditioining, size and fullness? Do you think it hurts your placings in the later shows? (although you have admitted your later shows Yorton cup especially have a greater level of competition)

Really looking forward to seeing you guys again at the Midwest States! Seriously awesome season, and accomplishments this year Layne.
If there's any one skill that I've seen in champions- people who have really achieved their highest desires- it's an unbelievable level of persistence. They'll change their approach as necessary, but they won't abandon their ultimate vision.
