I think one of the big pluses for me with getting in shape has been the increase in my confidense to go shirtless in public.

So how confident are you?

I have complete confidence in my physique to go shirtless anywhere, it's just I would feel like a douche bag and embarrassed just because I have my shirt off, no matter what I look like.

I'm confident because I'm not skin and bones and have some definition but the only thing that bothers me is that I have skin hyperpigmentation on my stomach and lower back so I tend to be very self conscious about it.

I can say that for much of the summer I will leave my shirt off for days at a time. Especially if I'm backpacking and it's hot. It kind of helps me feel more a part of nature. Or it could be that I just said that cause I'm pretty high right now
