Hey do you guys know whether or not eggs lose any protein or calories if they are pickled?

A pickled egg should actually high a higher concentration of protein than regular eggs--- don't quote me on that though. As with the user above, please let us know what that tastes like!

Quoted. Lol I hope you are right about that though.. b/c I tried a couple that my buddy at work made and they are freakin delicious. I like them better than hardboiled even. I'm making like 2 dozen this weekend though with different recipes lol... awesome protein snack and not very filling for between meals.
