What does 6oz chicken cutlet look like?

Quick question, anyone have a pic of what a 6 oz chicken cutlet looks like cooked? They have chicken at work all the time and I usually pick it up, but i'm actually trying to log my intake now and by eyeballing I want to have a rough idea of what i'm taking in.

    Tried googling but I failed.

Your typical chicken breast is around 6-9 oz.

4 oz of skinless chicken breast is 100 cals. So, even if you are off by an ounce or two, you really wont be doing much damage, calorie wise.

Yea, i'm starting to buy chicken 5lbs + at a time now for a little spring cut. I don't have one of those food scales - should probably get one , but in the meantime i'd like some idea. I have cutlets that are 3x the size of the small ones. It's more, at this point trying to skyrocket my protein intake so I don't lose size. I have a feeling most people don't realize how protein dense chicken really is.

Someone with a scale snap a shot and i'll rep you with my overwhelming power =)

True, but it's better to have something else in the picture with a known size to know how the image is scaled.
