Great question. I am feeling like hell. Keto is something I will most likely not do again. Yes...It works GREAT! But muscle loss is stressfull...Fatigue is the worst. No energy except for the two days after cheat day.
Just easy...but Id rather work and be able to work out harder and what not.

ive used it before, and im a high volume guy and love hiit cardio....it was more mentally hard for me. After like 4 sets, i was ready to leave, and i hated that.. it does work, but this summer imma keep the carbs and just keep the lifting and cardio intensity high.

So many shakes, why not food during the day?
The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will.

Looking good bro. I'd suggested incorporating 2 high intensity cardio sessions in place of 2 moderate sessions and see how things work out in two weeks.

Thats a good question. Mostly because of my work schedule. Just easier to carry the shakes. Trying to change it up tho. I see you've been on stage. Any tips as i get closer?

Got some vascularity going on in your quads there! Back is looking pretty lean up top but you still have a little ways to go. Definitely sitting well though for 6 weeks out.
Look up the mandatory poses. No dvd can "teach" you how to pose. It is much better if you know someone with experience to help you with your poses, as they can catch things that you cannot (especially when dealing with back poses).
I would practice all the mandatory poses for at least 30 mins a day now 6-7 days a week. It will only help. No judges want to see a competitor up there shaking like a leaf trying to hold a pose for more than 2 seconds :P.
