I was gonna get a cheat meal from the grocery store or fastfood but i cant bring myself to do it guise. I feel really sick I've been eating nothign but lean chicken and celery for the last week but i cant bring myself to cheat cuz i know hwo bad ill feel and be bloated. HELP!

when i feel as if I've reached something close to my goal, i will have a cheat day and it will go something like this
>ham and cheese croissant
>2 taqueria style tacos (maybe a Large horchata)
>1 big mac (maybe a large side of fries)
>1 slice of pizza ham and pineapple
>boiling crab in Westminster California (which is seafood but will be ordering crawfish and fries)
> 85 degrees bakery in Irvine California
I'll probably be sharing with someone during this time so its not all gonna be ingested by me. Some other things that are optional like new castle burgers, a vanilla shake, and maybe some popcorn chicken if i feel like it.
