NPC Mr Minnesota
So fellas/ladies, check out whos all going to be competing at the Mr MN on 06-05-10. We're 5 1/2 weeks out (also im 7 1/2 weeks out from Jr Nationals)! Im not certain what class i'll be in this year, i might be top of Middles or a very light LHW.
Come on out you SNIPPERS and lets see whos all planning to compete, elbow to elbow! It's going to be a great show, held at Mystic Lake Casino this year and David Henry is guest posing w/seminar in the afternoon!
This contest is my 1st contest back since i tore my pec back in Sept. '08 and i'm looking to be my all time best. So far, Mike Gritti, Aaron Kannor, Ryan Fulton, Gary Ronning are just a few guys i know who'll be competing, all of which will be LHW or heavier. So im curious to see if there are any BANT,LIGHT OR MIDDLES out there.

I know a couple guys who are competing in middles. Should be a great show with a huge turnout! Its also nice that they got a nice venue. See you guys at the night show

Is there a good place to get all the info for this? The NPC website leaves a little to be desired.
The only supplement I use is Fight Milk.

ryan took 1st obviously in SHW and 2nd overall. he looked great!

There's also the Natural Badger classic in Menomonie, WI oct. 2nd and The Elk River show sometime in Oct too (the 16th i believe).
