This reminds me of myself. I have abs, although I'm not an everyday drinker, I don't do abs either.
But you and I can train harder. And we should. And if you're like me, you know this.
So why don't you make a conscious effort to try harder? Everyone can make improvements.
I don't think there's too much motivating about our laziness. Do you? Jealousy... perhaps... But there are better ones.

cycling what?
yea but i couldn't get ahold of nitrotech for pct..so im fuked
You got me fuked up cuzz....im not lazy at all..maybe you are because you are a beta ******* with no avi. I on the other hand have an avi and pics posted. I dont do abs because they come naturally. My motovation is to workout the weak parts of my body. because the body is only as strong as its weakest part..just like a team with its member.
I tain hard, harder than pretty much anyone in this forum, so dont compare yourself to me.
a lil love frm the misc
hey man i lack chest and calves...we all can't be perfect.
i drink light beer brah. and thats what people said to me when i was 18-19 eating double cheese burgers..post a pic of u now and then to see if u were even close as alpha as i am.
not entirely true brah, depends on what ur cycling. But if you are srs about gains..u shouldn't drink.
obviously brah. pushups after chest workout till failure..thats it.
when it comes to staying lean? yes..very good.

Your still a kid BRAH.... I don't care how tight you may look and how much of an alpha you say you are, put on some size and then we can talk. It is one thing to lean out, but to put on some solid muscle is whole other ball of wax. Like I said before, eating double cheese burgers and drinking beers at 18, 19 or 21 is one thing, to try and do it at 32 is another. Let me know when you get over that 225lb of muscle mark and then we can talk about alpha.

No hate but seriously, how is this motivation? Not everyone is built genetically like you, and this section is for people to FIND motivation. If anything, this thread is the other way around. Stop being so egotistical man, and actually help people who have trouble finding motivation to work out and not rub on people's faces about how much you've achieved without working out a certain bodypart.
