My Gym Etiquette Rules:
1. Never talk to me during a set
2. Never talk to me before a set – I’m concentrating
3. Please feel free to ‘work-in’. But, Ask a few seconds after my set (see rules 2 & 3) above
4. After I’ve begun a set, I’m NOT moving. Go around me. If I inadvertently smack you with a dumbbell, you asked for it
5. I’m ignoring you, not because I’m a jerk, rather, because I’m serious
6. Your back is not that big, and your arms don’t normally hang that way
