Im having a hard time pinpointing my injury, I think its my left tricep, but it could be rear delt. It only hurts when working shoulders especially overhead press of any kind even with light light weight. It doesnt hurt when I bench though. Any ideas?

from the information given, no idea! best bet is go see a doc, you cant expect to get a full diagnosis over the net, to many possibilities.
