Hey guys. Alright for my ?, im on Dave palumbo's diet, so i take in under 30 carbs a day. I seem to be running out of fuel well training. Im doing between 12-15 sets for back,shoulder,legs,chest, and i stick with 6-8 for arms. I don't want my body to start burning my muscle for energy. should i cut down on my sets to 9-12 and reps of 4-8, and just keep all the weight heavy? I do take a pre workout and i usually eat 8oz of cube steak, and 2 cups of sugar snap beans right before my lifting. Any help would be great thanks>

How many sets to perform well cutting?
weight 222lbs
goal: 240lbs then cut to 210lbs,
you gotta try before you fail,
and failing is not an option!
