    Minimum amount of protein needed.

    I'm almost my maximum muscle amount as to not slow me down in sprinting for track. What is the minimum amount of protein i need to eat per day as to not lose any muscle. I weigh 165 pounds.

    ugh really. i'm tired of eating all this ****ing protein. that's the amount i was eating when i was bulking. so say i only eat 80 grams of protein a day. i would lose muscle?
