I ate almost everything I wanted (no binging on soda or snickers tho) and no cardio.
My shoulder strength went up a lot...just since i bench rather narrow its either I max with my shoulders this week or max with my bench. Bench for some reason is the slowest to improve for me. Probably do some legs today. Skipped out on em Thursday cause I unexpectedly visited some friends for the weekend, and my neck and back have been killing me lately.
Last time I was left crippled with just 185x8/185x6 back/front squat super set; this time I think I'm going to bump it up 20 lbs and keep the reps the same, and throw some RDLs in afterwards. Last time I did lunges.
Going over some organic chem right now. :[
On a side note I finally got a new video card for my laptop. No longer do I have to use a tiny netbook... this laptop feels freaking huge, lol. The netbook is like 1/3 the size.Team Manlet

Squatted 225 x 7 to a 12" box today, that's an inch or two below parallel for me (I squat and DL without shoes). Feels good man Also benched 165 x 5, which is a PR and is about a 192 max... working on that 200

bought a pair of black timberland boots for winter been wearing them until i can get another pair of vans. i highly suggest these as since ive been wearing them, ive been getting alot of compliments from people saying how big i am. i swear its the boots.
also got 365 on squat today for 6. i felt 385 was in me, however did not want to piss off knee(s). since ive stop jogging on treadmill, and took week off from heavy lifts on legs, they felt 100% so im guessing every other week on heavy."the gym is the one and only place in the world where failure is acceptable."
