Hello, i have a real quick question, I knwo i dont have gyno but when i wear white T shirts like i can see my nipples puffing out i used to be chubby but now i slimmed down and body is all tightend up but my nipples just poof out a bit, hwo can i get rid of it?

like, in pictures u cant see it looks normal but like i can just tell, when i have a shirt on like white or gray u can see or a tight shirt.

probably just puffy nipples bro, lots of teenagers get it due to hormone fluctuation.. IT will most likely go away after puberty, or after awhile.

well i mean im 18 i prob still go thru pueberty, but i mean are there any lifts to help it
