    Bulk Workout

Hey, I'm really trying to bulk this summer. Please give me advice on my workout.

    Pre-workout: White Flood
    Post Workout: Cytogainer

    Day One:
Bench Press: 3 sets of 8 reps
Dumbell Bench: 3 sets of 8 reps
Chest Flyes: 3 sets of 8
Skull Crushers: 3 sets of 8
Tricep extensions: 3 sets of 8 reps
    Abs

    Day Two:
Pull Ups: 3 sets of 8
Dumbell bent over row: 3 sets of 8
Pull downs: 3 sets of 8
Cable rows: 3 sets of 8
    Biceps
    Deadlifts (BFS reps)
    Abs

    Day Three:
Military press: 3 sets of 8
Front raises: 3 sets of 8
Side raises: 3 sets of 8
reverse flies: 3 sets of 8
    Shrugs: 4 sets of 10
    Squats (BFS reps)
    Leg Curls (BFS reps)
    Abs

Is this a good workout for bulking? should I add or take out any exercises. Also, are these good splits. And does anyone have any suggestions on an effective ab workout? And I know the main aspect of bulking is eating a lot.

not really. why are squats and deads just thrown onto the end of two of your workouts with no set or rep scheme? those should be the foundation, not an after thought

Well I plan on using the BFS rep scheme (one week 10, 8, 6...next 5, 5, 5...etc.) Sorry I forgot to mention that. Any other input?

the exercises your perfrom wont help you bulk up unless your diet is in check. For bulking i would minimise the cardio, that is all. The program you work shouldnt have that much of an impact.

its not a terrible program at the end of the day, cant really say without knowing what level you are at..

Legs are not an afterthought. The program is not good.

I really don't understand when someone says "cutting" or "bulking" routine. Those two words shouldn't be associated with anything other than dieting, and calorie intake.
