i heard that something causes this, is it excess protein/carbs/fat?
i didnt have this since i started my new bulking diet like a week ago, but since then i get really gassy. seriously.
am i too high in one of my macros?

Change in diet maybe. Im thinking maybe add some more fiber into your diet and it may very well help you along.
I eat heaps of egg whites, and since doing so I am constantly gassy...lol
But I know if I eat too many carbs, I get bloated.
Drink plenty of water too.Angie....

could be too much protein
too much fiber/too little fiber
any other food you recently added to diet

ok well ive made alot of changes in my diet recently. for a start, im now bulking and therefore eating a hell of alot more.
but im also eating shed loads of oats. i dont know exactly how much protein im getting but it ranges from 150-220 usually. i eat any protein where i can see it lol.. but yeah and as i said. the oats. im kinda addicted... i will get through lots and lots.
