    The Olympic lifts and all their variations- those will get you some sweet traps as well as shoulders. And I personally at least find them really fun to do.

    Thats probably the best place to do them as the traps see quite a bit of action in back exercises.

    while there is nothing wrong with putting them with back day make sure shoulders are seperate by a couple of days. almost all shoulder exercises hit traps pretty good so you dont want tired traps screwing up you shoulder work

    I wouldn't do shoulders right after your chest day either or visa versa. When you work BB bench you use some shoulders. best to give a day or two between those two muscle groups..
