Bicep plateau
I believe I am hitting a bicep plateau, because I've been stuck with the same weight for quite a while now.
Any tip or suggestions on a bicep routine to break the plateau?
Thanks!

Yeah, work them sons of a bitches till you cant touch your shoulders.
Also you shouldn't just be working out biceps on one day, try to include triceps and back with it. If you want to break the plateau do different work outs and add more weight with less reps. If you can do 8 to 10 reps fine with a weight, go up 5 lbs or 10 lbs till you can just do 6 reps. Work your way up with the new weight till you can do 8-10 reps with good form, then add more weight and repeat.
Maximum Weight + Low Reps = Muscle Growth

the biceps are a very small muscle and arnt meant to be moving 100 pound dumbells. As long as you stimulate them properly they will grow. Guy in my gym with 20+inch arms never goes above 135 on bb curl or over the 70 pound dumbells.

I'm
not sure what the term superset means as everyone has they own translation on it, but yh back to back.
So
db 8 reps & straight away barbel 8 reps
(and that would count as 1 set... Repeat 3 times)
I forgot to mention, try doing your reps very slowly, this helps.
Or if you have a good spotter do some forced negatives.
Have the spotter help raise a weight you can't do on your own, and you slowly bring the weight down feeling the burn.
All the above & previously mentioned helped me greatly, I hope it does with you too
