    it's its got any sizable amount of fat (which it prob does since it's a gainer) take it after. Fat slows gastric emptying, which can mean nausea when lifting.

    kind of true. i think with cytogainer a full serving is like 16 oz of water/milk with 4 scoops of pwder. comes out to like 900 calories. i bought it once but i only used to take half serving, 7-8 ounces of milk+2 scoops of powder. otherwise the shyt would run out in like 2 weeks.

    -2 scoops Dymatize "Elite" Whey Protein Iso (Cafe Mocha) atm
    -5g Dymatize Creatine Mono
    -5g Dynamtize Glutamine

    -2 cups (2%) Milk
    -1/3 cup Oats
    -2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
    -1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    -1 Banana
    -1 Egg
    -1 Tbsp

    Calories: 1,135
    Fat: 55g
    Carbs: 74g
    Protein: 84g

    Cheaper than buying weight gainer, has more protein, less carbs, a bit of fat and a decent amount of calories.

    The taste is...decent. At least I don't mind it. I figured to add a bunch of stuff together and see what I get. I got this.
