I went to GNC the other day and as i was chillin' there , my eyes fell on that 20 serving can of N.O Xplode, and it said "Caffeine free!"
So i was like whaaaaaa?!! i heard that caffeine plays a big role in pre workouts , so would that caffeine free N.O Xplode be worth buying?
i mean all i want from pre workouts is some energy, endurance and pump, would it still give me what i want without caffeine? or would it be a waste
of moneah$$?
i mean there must be a reason why they made a caffeine free version.

He's 20, which means he is pretty much done developing, unlike you. That means the stuff he is putting in his body isn't going to be effecting his natural development and hormones.
Noob plz go.Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
