    Lost 20 pounds since January 2010

    I was 5'9 175lbs. I could do zero chinups.
    Now I am 5'9 155lbs. I could do over 10 chinups.

    How did I do this? I was tired of guessing/remembering to lower portion size. So I used smaller plates.
