I want to workout my BMR without taking into account the calories burned from doing cardio and working out.
http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/
Using the above calculator it says my BMR is 2030 if I were to stay in bed all day. Which I don't.
But I want to keep the calories burned from exercising separate atm.
As I'm not going college atm, I'm basically at home all day (again, this is excluding exercising etc), would this count as Sedentary? If so I gotta times 2030 by 1.2? And that'll give 2436.
2436, is that my BMR when I'm NOT working out, doing cardio...just staying home?
Sorry to make this sound more complicated than it really is.

Yes it is, 2436 if you sit in front of your tv all day, occasionally getting up to eat or switching positions, 2030 is if you stay in bed with your eyes closed and don't move a muscle for 24 hours.
Just remember to keep in mind that it is impossible to be exact with that number though, everyone's body is different. BMR calculators are just rough guesses, and the 1.2 factor for sedentary lifestyle is also a rough guess. Don't be surprised if its off by up to 300 in either way.
