I want to get into MMA, there are damn near 15 gyms around me and 4 of them hold events. Ive got a good varsity wrestling background, I just wana know things I need to do to get prep'd. Latley ive been doing alot of heavy-lifting for football and weight-lifting. I weigh in at 169 with 10% bf. What are differnt workouts I can do, cardio, diet. ANYTHING at all. Idc if its copy & paste. I need all the info possible.
