    Workout decision

    I have been deciding to continue to workout each bodypart twice a week or move to one body part every day once a week. Im able to do the workouts, but gains have been hard to come by. I eat. I workout hard. I just don't know if I can trust the once a week bodypart workout since its considered to be for advanced lifters
