Tomorrow I am going to start SS and my bulking diet, just wondering what you guys think...
DIET

Gaspari Real Mass
Meal 2
2 cans of tuna on 2 pieces of whole grain bread
WORKOUT
Meal 3
Gaspari Real Mass
Meal 4
9oz ground beef in a pasta sauce with 8oz whole grain pasta
Meal 5
8oz chicken Breasts
Meal 6
8oz chicken Breasts
Meal 7
9oz ground turkey(meatloaf) and broccoli
Meal 8
2 scoops myofusion w/ 2 tabelspoon Natty PB

I believe it comes out to about 350g protein and 300g carbs. The ground beef and ground turkey is weighed raw before I cook it, and the chicken is weighed after I dice it up and bake it. The real mass has 50g protein and 80g carbs, and the myofusion has 50g protein. This should come out to about 3500 cals, its just hard figuring out how much protein everything has because every site gives me diff macros. I know the Real mass has 600 cals each, the tuna sandwich has about 500, the pasta and beef has 500+cals, not sure about the chicken and turkey loaf, then the myofusion with PB has about 500 cals

I am not going to start creatine untill I find out how much food I need to start gaining, I figure the creatine will give me weight gain and I wont be able to properly asses my diet
