Soy is more derived from plant proteins which digest slower and not sure if true But I read can promote estrogen levels.

Milk is about a 25-75 ish blend of Whey/Casein protein and also has more hormones in it which can promote even more muscle growth.

Consuming Cholestrol isn't a direct link to your Cholestrol levels.

Also milk contains more HDL than LDL
(correct me if I'm wrong about this)

    Skim Milk would solve this.
Also if you don't like the taste you can throw in some Choc syrup post workout for some fast digesting carbs with no fat.

Lean Meats (Chicken, Turkey Breast, Extra-Lean Ground Beef, Fish etc.) Lentils are cheap as heck, and pack a lot of protein - good for bulking

Its easy if you have a stock pile of meat in your fridge. If you have a Trader Joe's grocery store around you, thats one of the best places to stock up on meat.

    Meat? Lean, delicious meat?
Chicken, tuna, turkey, lean beef (grass-fed is ideal), game meats (venison, buffalo, elk).

    Also, eggs.

170g isn't that much. average large chicken breast has ~50

chicken, lean sirloin, lean ground beef (as in 4%fat), fish

if you REALLY have a hard time, include some extra shakes. i only use shakes because of the time factor.

Well, I'm pretty sure they don't ship animal products over seas. Just guessing though.
