    Cortisol and keto?

I've read alot of articles in the past about cortisol levels going up while in ketosis. I'm currently trying hard to drop down to 9-10% bodyfat from 12% and I have that annoying little patch of fat by my naval. Is there truth to cortisol being high during keto? Would taking a cortisol supplement like Lean Xtreme be beneficial or should I just stick with diet and maybe the EC stack??

hmm, i am not a scientist, so i don't really know much about cortisol levels going up, but if u don't do an excess of exercises, and if don't have a stressful life, i think that cortisol levels wont go up. I heard that cortisol increases when u workout a lot like many anorexics and people who work out like 3 hours a day in the thinking that this will make them skinny really quick.

But if u really wanna lose faster, study your diet, and make sure that you quit all starchy-carbohydrates, and try to get your carbohydrates from green vegetables only.

Also study the amount of meat and food u eat. remember that we can get fat by eating a lot of meat and by eating a lot, so study your food portions and if they are too big, downsize your food portions, and drink coffee and diet sodas to kill hunger

I've never heart anything about a raise in Cortisol levels during Ketosis......but if you're worried about it, just keep using the EC stack......I do :-)

some people can get a period where they are grumpy and short with others on their first (sometime few) time going into ketosis.

cortisol level could be higher in this period, I suppose, but I doubt it will be for long...
