So i'm cutting right now, and I started Monday. I've been eating 1500-1600 calories everyday, and working out 30-90 minutes a day in the weight room (Some Max OT workouts are shorter). My macros are in check... about 40p/30c/30f
I know a deficit is a deficit, and you will lose weight as long as you stick to it and truly count your calories.
I was just wondering though, how long will it be before my body adjusts to this calorie intake? My BF isn't too high.. maybe around 15% as of today. I know as you get into the lower BF it becomes harder to lose fat.
Will there be a complete stall? Or will it just become slower?
