    Creatine question?

    Im thinking to use creatine to lift bigger weights and to achieve muscle,but what happen if after 1 month i will not use creatine tablets?

    will my body will get low again or will stay bigger and ON!

    I suggest the powder....it dissolves better in ur body. Tablets dont dissolve as well.

    Creatine is mostly water weight. So, in turn, if you stop creatine you are going to lose some weight and with that mass as well. You can cycle creatine by taking a week off and then going again for a month or two. But its not terrible if you stop using creatine after a month.

    Bro, if you got your advice from that sticky, then it needs to be removed. I just addressed the creatine washout period yesterday in this thread.
