I just went on the GNC website because that's the supplement provider we have where I live and noticed that I can get creatine mono in capsules or powder. What would be the most beneficial/easiest/way to go? What I'm trying to say is that I'm wondering if there's a difference and would like to hear what way you guys take your creatine.
Also, how much of it should I buy, how long would 1 KG last?

Bump, would really like to know :/
Also, if anyone could go to the GNC website and pick out a good whey and creatine for me (cost wise, needs to be cheap but still beneficial).
I would be very happy and rep whenever I can even if it's worth nothing LOL.Start Weight: Current Weight: Goal Weight:

They are going to do the same thing. Its just a preference on which you would rather do.
The pills are basically powder in capsule form
and the powder is just powder
And for what kind
You just need basic Creatine Monohydrate
I really like GNC's blue raspberry flavor. Tastes like kool-aidBig Three:

My bout with tendonitis has lasted over a year, and is hindering any progress. Any tips on supps for inflammation or tendon healing/strengthening would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.

I am buying from GNC because my mom doesn't have a credit card at the moment.
I will take your advice Ensur3 and go with the creatine mono blue raspberry!
Was also wondering if someone can pick out a whey for me from the GNC website (cheap but beneficial).Start Weight: Current Weight: Goal Weight:

I still suggest you buy simple creatine monohydrate similar to the link I posted. It can be a different brand, but the one I recommended is flavorless so you can mix it with whatever you want. I personally like flavorless because I mix it with my post workout protein. Chocolate and blue raspberry probably wouldn't taste great to me, so I stick with flavorless powders when possible.
As for the whey, buy some Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey. The 10lb bag will save you money down the road. I can't post a link because it's not allowed.Jesus Christ: King of kings, Lord of lords
