Megaman Joint Vitapak + Lipo 6x?

Are taking these okay? New to supplements, don't want to over do it. I take the Joint pack for my knee. Want to use the Lipo6x to cut some weight.

You can take them together. That would not be a problem. Just remember that more than anything your diet will help with weight loss more so than the lipo 6. If you have your nutrition going good you will see better results with the lipo 6.

Yep Diet is going very well. Trip to Atlanta is testing me though. I'll start my Lipo6x next week when I get back. Right now I'm just taking the Megamen Vitapak. My knee is doing a lot better since I started taking it. Little to no pain the last week.

I would take the llipo 6 pre/workout or in the morning, and the joint support with dinner.

I have taken the tri-flex that is in the vitapak for around 5 years now and love it! Never have joint pain. Keep up the good work!

Nice. I wasn't sure which of the 3 types of pills gave the joint pain relief. The neon piss is cool lol. The triple strength fish oil is massive. Luckily no fish burps.

90 days to get these 25 lbs off! Pissed that this $100 a night hotel has a broke cardio center.
