    Almost there, how to finish.

Whats up everyone. I am 5'7 160 lbs. For the last 4 months I have busted my ass in the gym, lifting hard. Myself and everyone else see the changes but regardless of how big and strong my arms chest back etc. get, I cant seem to lose that little flab on my stomach. I don't eat bad at all and work on abs every time I'm in the gym, but they are under a layer of a little flab. I drink water like a beast and work hard lifting 3-4 times a week. Any suggestions?

What's your diet like? how many cals per day?
Diet is at least 80% of the game and no workout routine will compensate for a crap diet. T

I'm right there with you bud. Just gotta keep on keepin' on with the losing weight (i.e. eating less than you are "burning"). Ab-work won't help out in the naval-flab department, but is probably not a bad idea. I wish I'd done more ab-work in my last attempt at bulking.
