I need to start doing my cardio first thing in am (before breakfast) and just wondering what, if anything, you guys have beforehand. Like a protein shake or some caffeine? Or just a completely empty stomach?

Empty stomachs good, but it makes me throw up. I eat like 4-5 crackers to settle my stomach. I don't think there's any real correct answer to this. Do whatever makes you feel the best/last the longest at your desired pace.

roll out of bed pop some caffeine and go, take gum with me though because I tend to get a dry throat.
