Hello, I have had man boobs for my WHOLE life and I'm 15. Please if anyone who has had man boobs, and has found a way to get rid of them and turn them into pecs! please tell me.
Im only doing dumbell press's. no benchpress decline.

well do everything just not one thing also cardio and eat better to get rid of fat

Never had man boobs, but I had annoying love handles. Just cut (eat healthy, cardio, lifts), lose about 1lb a week and it'll be all gone. Then start gaining.
