this is my workout its about three hours long. do you think ill be safe
six mile run in under 57 minutes
ten min. stretch
six min. jump rope
110 pushups
then i do a wrestling drill for six minutes that gets lactic acid built up in the legs fast
then i do five 20 sec. sprints
side shuffle the same distance as the sprints
bearcrawl and crabwalk the sprint distance
then i go inside and lift for about 45 minutes
diet:
m1- fruit bowl (grapes blueberries pears) 2 egg whites, 1 egg, orange juice, milk
m2- granola bar
m3- chicken breast/tuna, yogurt, green tea, diet pop for some caffiene
m4- whey protein shake
m5- 1 slice wheat bread and peanutbutter, raisins
m6- chicken breast, veggetables, milk
m7- apple
