    am i commiting catabalism

    this is my workout its about three hours long. do you think ill be safe

    six mile run in under 57 minutes
    ten min. stretch
    six min. jump rope
    110 pushups
    then i do a wrestling drill for six minutes that gets lactic acid built up in the legs fast
    then i do five 20 sec. sprints
    side shuffle the same distance as the sprints
    bearcrawl and crabwalk the sprint distance
    then i go inside and lift for about 45 minutes

    diet:
    m1- fruit bowl (grapes blueberries pears) 2 egg whites, 1 egg, orange juice, milk

    m2- granola bar

    m3- chicken breast/tuna, yogurt, green tea, diet pop for some caffiene

    m4- whey protein shake

    m5- 1 slice wheat bread and peanutbutter, raisins

    m6- chicken breast, veggetables, milk

    m7- apple

    What bigpoppa is trying to say is that damn bro you are eating like a baby does. My little sister eats more than you man. Dude you have to eat more than that it doesnt matter what your trying to accomplish with that diet you will probably lose a muscle quickly. Just telling you.

    Um, a granola bar and an apple aren't really considered meals. I thought that you would eat like a monster considering that you workout for 3 hours. I workout for about an hour and 15 minutes and eat more in one day than you eat in about 3 days.

    M1 - Add two more eggs at least

    M2 - Maybe w/ a protein shake

    m3- ditch the pop all together

    m4 - add a boal of oatmeal

    m5 - More tuna/chicken

    m6 - add carbs

    m 8- assuming this is prior to bed, apple and peanut butter. Peanut butter is slow digest protein.

    Looks like you are doing serious work.
    Add some bananas post-workout to replenish your glycogen stores. All of that running, plyometrics, and muscular endurance work, i guarantee your body is crying for it. That is my most minimal advice. Everyone else said it, EAT UP!
