How long does it take for creatine to saturate the cells?

I've been off creatine mono for a couple months and i just went back on when i started my x-factor cycle. i weighed myself monday and was at 183.6 and i weighed myself friday and i was at 188.8, all while eating relatively clean- body fat dropped .4%). i have been on creatine and x-factor since the 16th (11 days). So i thought that the weight gain could be from the creatine but i wasnt sure how long it takes t kick in. thanks.
