OK so here is my bulk
-3000 calories a day, foods are all quite low in fat, very high in protein, im taking in way more grams of protein than I weigh, on none of the days do I go into caloric deficit.
-Lift on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
-Cardio on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday
-Saturday is a full rest day
I'm not advanced enough yet to do a split, so I just workout the same muscle groups, arms(bi's and tri's), shoulders, back, chest, and abs on all the lifting days.

workout not balance
Looks like your workouts are not very balanced. You're focusing mostly on upper body which is a huge mistake.
Most of the testosterone produced by the body actually occurs when you train your legs. It's HALF of your body. Don't neglect training legs and glutes. Glutes is the strongest muscle in your body. Do lots of lunges, squats, deadlifts for maximum growth and fat loss.
