    Cardio during a bulk?

    If I do cardio three times a week, and never go into caloric deficit, will this affect my muscle growth?

    as long as you are in a caloric surplus..with adequate protein and fats..u will build muscle..cardio during a bulk is actually a good idea...helps with nutrient partitioning

    No. You should be ok and most that know what they're talking about will advise to keep some cardio in during a bulk. If the diet is right cardio won't hurt a thing. Besides, too many benefits of cardio to cut it out.

    Calorie deficit, lack of sleep, stress will cause a loss in muscle growth. Eat frequently, get plenty of sleep and keep stress level low.

    If you want to increase muscle mass while doing cardio, stick to intervals 3x/week.
