    LOTS of eggs

So what can I do with a TON of eggs. I have recently got way more eggs than I could possibly ever use in a month. So I was thinking of freezing them(just the egg whites) but a little confused on how to. Do I just pour the eggs whites in like a milk jug and freeze them. Or is it more complicated than that?

    What's a ton? 100? 200? 500?
I eat a dozen per day, and I don't consider it a lot. Many people eat more than 20 a day.
If you have 100, that would last no more than 10 days... So, if you have about that, just put them in the fridge.

    lol, damn! eat more eggs!!
at 110lbs this should be no problem for ya. If I was 110 in your situation I would eat eggs as my main source of protein, and for you that would be at least 15 a day. Enjoy it you lucky sob!

I personally only eat the egg whites, but can easily go through 12 a day. Between some breakfast and a few hard boiled ones throughout the day they go quick. I actually try to not eat too many. I enjoy them, though - and they're obviously very healthy.

It makes me nauseous, really. There are nutrients in it, but I avoid saturated fat where I can also - and this is something I can do without. I've tried the 2/2 or 3/3 combination's...hell even the 1y/6w combination and I just don't enjoy it. You can slam 8-10 egg whites in front of my and I'll go to town, though.

just bought 1 dozen Dozen myself

other than 1 carton, the rest arent bad for 1 month (37days exactly)
    120 / 37=3.24 a day
So if you got 240, eat half dozen a day, or do some baking and freeze pumpkin an banana breads of something.

I don't see them going bad anytime soon. I have never seen an egg go bad that I bought from a supermarket...The oldest set of eggs i have ate were around 2 months from when i first bought them.

Where/why did you get so many eggs?

I don't know if freezing them is a good idea. If it was me, I'd start using eggs in every meal. Omelettes, shakes, just fried eggs, and the best things probably I'd go to a nice dessert recipe site and start using a lot of them there.

Good luck, 240 is so much

    Thanks.

And I didn't realize 6/day would be enough. I'm not too great at math I totally thought you'd have to eat more per day to finish all before expiration, but I guess not. 6/day is reasonable, but not sure if it is something you could maintain for 40 straight days. I'd be so sick of eggs by day 10 probably

Seriously?? There is so much you can do with eggs. Make protein pancakes, oatmeal cookies, shakes , omelettes, add 3 eggs to every meal if your really worried about consuming them before exp date. Seriously I would destroy 240 eggs. Consider yourself lucky
