    Pre-Bed shake.

    I'm getting sick of my same old Chocolate whey with peanut butter or Vanilla whey with etc.
    Anyone have any suggestion of a pre-bed meal about 500cals High in protein?
    Please no
    -eggs
    -cottage cheese.
    I try to keep clean. Thanks guys.

    Get some milk, mix with real PB. Nuts increase melatonin levels giving you a nice zzzzzzzzzzzz

    Spread a layer of chunky pb on a plate or wax paper--- freeeeze. Add sf ff jello pudding (oh yes, jello brand has a hard to find chhhhheesecake flavor that's incredible)-- if your shake is thin add ice cubes milk or if you are lactose-- add guar gum (100% natural/ all fiber - so use 1/4 tsp till u get used to it)- guar gum is also in ice cream... Blend- stir in the frozen pb which u will need to break into chunks -- if u ate not preconest- and choc chips and wholly cow you have a pb blizzard! Yum

    Wholly smokes! Vacaville!? I used to manage the golds off tafb (and before that the golds/ worlds in vtown) gosh like ten years ago!     Try out an All-Natural ice cream which can be very soothing before bed and provides a good amount of casein protein. Also, to keep it more clean, wash it down with a green smoothie. Use a little less PB, and substitute it with a few cups of spinach. Green smoothies look like absolute **** but they are really good!
