Hi,
I was lucky enough to be given the chance to try ErgoBurn. I was looking for something different since i needed to cycle off the EC stack i had been taking for the past two months.
I loved the energy and the over all good feeling i got from the EC stack and was hoping to find something that would compare or maybe even better
Stats
Height~~5'2( I keep trying to change my profile but it always reads 5'0...lol
Weight~~131
Waist~~31
Hips~~37
Chest~~24
I live in SC about ten minutes from Charlotte,NC with my partner Steve. I have one daughter who is in college and my little baby Muffin..my 10 year old chihuahua.
I love to run. I have been in two half-marathons and a ton of 5-10k's. I have won my age group ten times and was Woman's Masters twice. I have had some foot problems in the past few months so i have cut back a little on my running. I have been lifting since 2005.
I once weighed 220 pounds. It took me almost two years but i got down to my lowest weight 121. I'm hoping with a little more willpower..i love sweets and ErgoBurn i can get back to 121 again.
My diet has always been my downfall. I workout two times a day six days a week. I either run or bike in the mornings and lift in the afternoon...sometimes i'll switch but normally i like to do my cardio early.
I received ErgoBurn on Monday and took it for the first time Tuesday morning. I started with two pills and didn't feel to much..i think because i have a high tolerance for caffeine so mid-day i took three pills and that did the trick. I only took two pills for the last does because to was about 5pm.
Today i took three pills before my run at 5am and three pills about 10am. I wasn't even hungry at lunch time.
I know i have only been taking this produce for two days but so far it is beating the pants off my old EC Stack

Hi Sherri...
Thanks for stopping by.
Yes this is really helping me with my craving but more than that i'm not as hungry as i use to be and my energy level is what i'm really noticing.
Today is cardio and lifting day. I ran earlier this morning after taking my first hit of ErgoBurn. I can feel that this helps me focus which i need since i get up at 4:30am so i can be running by 5am.
Well that's it for now..i'll post my lifting later todayDaily Journal

Good Morning..
I have decided after reading another journal here i will space out my doses different.
I'll be doing 2/2/2/2 instead of 3/3 like i have been for the past few days.
To me the best thing about this product is the overall energy i feel while taking. My morning runs are so much easier now.
I didn't get back to post my workout from yesterday

I took yesterday off. My legs needed it.
I'm feeling more duration if that makes any sense with the Ergoburn now that i do it timing and the number of pills i take different. I was doing 3/3/2. Now i do 2/2/2/2.
I take it before my morning run and before i lift and i i don't need anything else to get me through my workout. This stuff is greatDaily Journal

Well i finished the bottle and i have to say i love the stuff.
I plan on using it on my off weeks from my EC stack.
It is the only thing i have found so far that gives me the energy i need in the mornings before i go running and keep me from eating everything in the house.
I plan on stocking up next payday...
Thanks again for letting me try itDaily Journal

LOL..
Can you tell i have never reviewed anything before..
Lets see..
I felt like overall it was everything i was looking for...
The energy i felt while i was on it was great. I would take it right when i got up and within 15 minutes i was ready to go for my run.
It also kept me from wanting to eat all the time. I mean i really crave sweets and this seemed to help me.
I was looking for something to help give me that little lift to get me going in the mornings. I get up at 4:30am to go for me run and taking this really helped me.
Overall i love this produce..Daily Journal
