    How many chicken strips = 3 oz?

    Just trying to get the nutrition facts down for chicken and its confusing the hell out of me. There's 9 stips in the pack. It weighs .91lbs total which is ~.11lbs per slice.

    3 ounces = .1875 lbs

    So your telling me 3 ounces is a little less than 2 full chicken strips? Says 25g protein per 3 ounces chicken, which seems like a ****load for 2 strips. They are boneless and skinless and average size.


    (Yes i need a scale buying one soon) Any help for right now?

    1 oz meat is typically 7g protein. So 3 oz is around 21g protein. Obviously it varies a little on the meat, steak being less protein-dense than chicken.

    it's insured phaggot. I just need an inspection sticker for my bike. For your bike I'm pretty sure I can just take my plate off and use it even with the expired inspection. You have a certain amount of time before you need to get an inspection sticker with a new vehicle. So if I did get pulled over they couldn't do anything about that.
