I work shoulders even harder than my arms. I've even reduced my arm day to once a week, but my shoulders still are lagging behind. It's starting to look unporportional. I might have to remove arms from my routine all together until my shoulders catch up. I do allot of pull up s and dips so they get hit, but would get rid of isolation movements. Has anyone removed a body part from their routine?

I think it's a problem for a lot of people. When you work back it hits a lot of Bicep and when you do chest or shoulder/shoulder press it is a lot of tricep. Only thing I would say is include more lateral raises in your routine
